| Over 17 years of Hip Hop dance training, performance competition, and showcase production experience to the table. Darnell specializes in teaching youth the art of Hip Hop dance and culture. He is the director of a variety of both adult and youth Hip Hop programs, including but not limited to the Sunset Academy of Dance, the Stapleton School of Performing Arts, and various programs throughout the San Francisco and South San Francisco Unified School Districts. Darnell is the director of FBC (Funk Beyond Control), as well as City Shock San Francisco and Mini Shock, two of the Bay Area's most successful and exciting youth Hip Hop dance troupes. FBC dancer's ages range 7 to 20+; they are known throughout the West Coast for their innovative style and the expertise of even their youngest dancers. Their unique style and dedication the the Bay Area's distinct Hip Hop scene makes them one of the most sought after youth troupes around. After producing two highly successful workshop/dance showcases for all levels of dance and ages, Darnell is quickly becoming one the most well known figures in the Bay Area Hip Hop community. |
| Over 10 years of dance experience in ballet, jazz and tap. Also several years experience in cheer, song and pom and gymnastics winning superior awards in cheer and song and pom . Coach Teri is the director T-n-T Explosion All Star Cheer Program. Also, Director and owner of the National ranked "PSYCHE HIP-HOP DANCE CREW". A graduate and past cheerleader and songleader of Tahoe -n-Truckee High School. She has been coaching cheer teams since 1999 .She specializes in coaching competitive cheer teams ages 3 - adults. She is certified to teach Level 1/2 gymnastics, First aid/CPR certified and AACCA certified. She is dedicated to her team members to make their experiences with T-n-T a postitive experience. She also acts as team mom, team administrator, travel agent, referee and guard dog. She has taking her team to the UCA All Star Nationals in Walt Disney Florida and won 1st place in Northern California for Small Hip-Hop Division. Also, winning 2006 JAMZ Cheer National in Las Vegas and in 2007 and 2008 Psyche Dance Crew Placed 2nd at JAMZ Dance Nationals. Her team has won several regional competitons. She teaches her team members the sense of community and giving back to those who support you. She encourages self-esteem, self-discipline, leadership, inner-self worth. Also, respecting people and family values, while promoting a heathly life-style. She is a mother of 3 wonderful boys. Also, a cancer survivor. |
